Gennifer supports Dr. Anita Raj’s lab on the EMERGE project. She also works with Dr. Sarah Averbach and Dr. Sheila Mody on various clinical studies within the UCSD Division of Family Planning. Gennifer has a B.S. in Public Health from Tulane University and an MSc. in Reproductive and Sexual Health Research from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. Her prior experience includes sexual health education curriculum development for high school students in the Dominican Republic. Gennifer’s research interests include adolescent health, health education and the promotion of reproductive justice locally and globally.
