Edwin Elizabeth Thomas is a Senior Research Coordinator for the Center on Gender Equity and Health and is based in Goa, India. He leads coordination and communication efforts for the GENDER Project in India. Trained in journalism and urban studies, Edwin has worked on maternal health, infant nutrition, adolescent and youth sexual and reproductive health, and family planning. At GEH, he has previously worked on the EMERGE project as part of an effort to improve the measurement of gender equity in family planning research in India.
