Elizabeth (Beth) Larson is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Center on Gender Equity and Health and has worked in the sexual and reproductive health field for the majority of her career. Her primary research interests include the use of normative approaches to understand sexual and reproductive health and how social norms influence women’s and couple’s family planning decision-making in Francophone West Africa. Elizabeth’s work is grounded in the reproductive justice framework to improve access to maternal, and sexual and reproductive health services for those residing in low- and middle-income settings. She holds a PhD and a MSPH from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
