Pallavi is the Policy Specialist at Gender Equity and Health (GEH) at the University of California, San Diego. Pallavi earned her Master’s in Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School, and represented India as the Fulbright Nehru Masters Scholar in 2022. Prior to Harvard, Pallavi worked at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation for 5 years in India leading engagements with national and state governments and supporting $100 mn worth investments to improve public health service delivery in low resource settings. Before that she was a consultant at Bain & Company. Pallavi has a B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi. She is also the Co-Founder of WeUnlearn, a non-profit helping India’s youth build their self-efficacy and lead gender-equitable lives, primarily focusing on helping underserved adolescents overcome issues like bullying, harassment, unhealthy relationships and gender stereotypes. Pallavi is a self-taught artist and has conducted multiple exhibitions of her artwork.
