Courtney McLarnon is the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Advisor at the Center on Gender Equity and Health (GEH) at the University of California, San Diego. There, she works on the USAID-funded Agency for All project in Dr. Lundgren’s Lab, contributing to research, monitoring, and implementation activities within the project. Bringing 10 years of experience in program implementation, monitoring, learning and evaluation, scale up, research and capacity building in social norms and social behavior change, family planning and sexual and reproductive health, gender and male engagement, and gender-based violence. Courtney joins GEH from Washington, D.C., where she previously worked on the Passages Project at Georgetown University. Courtney has a MSc from the University of Edinburgh, and a BA from McGill University. Originally from Montreal, Canada, when not working, she loves to explore the outdoors with her family, cook food from cuisines around the world, and is passionate about keeping a low carbon footprint.
