Arnab has more than 7 years of experience in the field of Measurement, Learning, and Evaluation. He has worked extensively in India to evaluate complex health system interventions and has worked with several bilateral and multilateral agencies including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, World Bank, UNDP, and DFID.

Arnab is an Engineer and an MBA by training and is currently pursuing a joint doctoral program in Public Health at UCSD/SDSU. In addition, he contributes to the Center on Gender Equity & Health at UC San Diego as a Graduate Student Researcher.

His areas of interest include Health Inequities, Person-Centered Care and Health System Strengthening. His current research focuses on studying the interactions between Health Systems and Person-Centered care in low and middle income settings.
