Lotus McDougal, PhD, MPH is a public health scientist with over a decade of experience researching issues of reproductive and maternal health, gender equity, gender-based violence, and HIV across South Asia, South-East Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa. She is trained in reproductive, maternal and child health, quantitative data analysis and program monitoring and evaluation. Dr. McDougal has conducted research on grants funded by UNICEF, NIH, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the David and Lucile Packard Foundation, has worked for the Clinton Health Access Initiative and American Refugee Committee, and has served as consultant for UNICEF and UNAIDS.
